Programs
Program-specific work begins with an introductory meeting to discuss program objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Once the overall parameters of the program are accepted, work commences with a planning meeting to discuss or identify the following elements:

Analyze targeted processes
Review current documentation
Detailed client expectations
Identify key activities and outputs

Determine essential team members
Update timelines
Establish key program milestones


Status reports will be issued monthly, or as required, to allow for discussion of ongoing program progress and client feedback.

Secondary Investigative Activity
Secondary investigative activity can be contracted on a time and charge basis, which includes limited scope analysis, studies, or other investigative engagements.

Retainers
Retainers are implemented for broadly-defined consultation, counsel, or services, and are based upon a minimum fixed amount of time, with additional time made available based upon a client's needs.
